Eclipse Building Contractors an experienced Building Company?

we are a local company, and since 1996 we have been serving
the business sectors, and since 2002, the public.
Can
you assure the quality of your work?
Yes,
we have zero staff turnover and all of our work force have been
with us for many years.
Are
you insured to carry out work on my premises?
Yes,
we have full liability insurance to cover us and the customer
for all works undertaken. We will be glad to send you a copy,
and it is sent as standard with all quotes.
Who
will arrange my plans, planning permission and building
regulations?
The
majority of customers arrange their own permission and building
regulations, however we will happily liaise with the local authority
on your behalf.
Who
supervises the work?
We
have experienced surveyors, a site manager, and this is complimented
by regular site visits from your local authority building surveyor
- all arranged by us.
Will
you arrange for installation of plumbing and electrics?
Yes
- your quote will cover all work necessary, and any exceptions
can be discussed.
Can
I see completed work?
Yes,
it will be our pleasure to show you recent work at the homes
of one of our many satisfied customers.

How
quickly can work commence?
Generally,
within one month of permission being obtained. However,
timing can vary and will be adapted for our customer's
needs.
